Fahlbtharz, now what?--solved
Ok, got past the resonator puzzle where I had to get exactly 20 to light up, went back to the highest level, flipped the lever, used the gears to get to the resonator tower, and now I can't go anywhere. It's supposed to take me to the Grand Hall

[edit] never mind, a Whirlwind Sprint was all I needed to get across and get where I wanted to go.
