Changing your gender

Look, I know about the 'sexchange' command in the console, but I'm afraid it will lead to glitches and such, basically, what a want to ask is if there are any mods or ways that can change your sex without leading to problems/ glitches.

Maybe it's like real life and you just need to pay 3000 septims to scoop that thing inside out.

The only way to do so, without incurring glitches or other issues, is to start a new game (which, if you try to do it some other way, you will more than likely have to do anyway).

yeah probably easier to start a new game then use console commands to make you where you are.

why do you want a sex change anyways?

The 'Ring of Change' on the Nexus allowed me to recreate my char. I changed my race but you can change gender. I haven't seen any ill effects so that may be a posssiblity. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9458/

She only let's you change your appearance, not your sex, nor your race.
