About MOD install. Ruins Clutter Improved and Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM.
I am not very good at speaking English, so I have difficulty interpreting the instructions correctly, I have only a simple and direct question. Should SMIM 2.07 be installed before or after RCI 2.9? Which mod should overwrite the other?

From the SMIM page. It says that you need to Installed "Ruins CLutter Improved" first. Then SMIM.

Which mod manager do you use?

SMIM and RCI installation instructions is outdated, much has changed in the face of new updates, the installation order now is RCI and then SMIM.
