Problem SOLVED : Game with two languages at the same time mixed up
I have like 3/4 dialogues in polish, 1/4 in english. Some items have polish names, some english. Some voices are polish dubbed, some english. Same thing with the books. And that's annoying. Any ideas of possible sollution?

Of course I would like to have everything in Polish.

I do have few mods instaled but none of them is directly realated dialogues or books.

Pretty much any mod you install has the potential to mess up your game language.
eg: if you install a lighting mod like "ELFX" or "RLO", they will revert the translation of all places to the author's native idiom.

Sometimes you can find translations, sometimes you don't... so you can try creating your own.
ESP-ESM translator by Epervier 666 is the tool used for it, it supports any Bethesda game (available on NexusMods Special Edition).

Check your mods, some mods add stuff and it will be in the language the game was set to when the mod was created.

Yeah, it sounds like you're using mods without translation patches. You should look those up for your mods. I've also heard of some people using some sort of program that auto-translates mods for them. I wouldn't think those work too well. Being a native English speaker, I have no direct experience dealing with language issues in this game.

Hey guys. Thanks for the responds. I figured it out. I have lots of mod but uninstaling just one made game language back to normal. It was unoficial legendary edition patch!!! :)

USLEP doesn't change language, sounds more like another mod used a slapdash translation and USLEP was somehow countering that.... you may have other symptoms down the line.

The Unofficial Patch should normally be loaded as early as possible. It affects so many records, that it tends to conflict with just about everything. Of course, many, many mod authors play without it, meaning that their mods often revert its edits by making the original records its overriding now override the unofficial patch's records! This is why so many mods have patches for the Unofficial Patch, or in some cases they just require it due to the mod author making the mod under the assumption that anyone using the mod is also using the unofficial patch.

There is a Polish translation for the Unofficial patch on the Nexus!
anathema83 is the author's name.

just google "anathema83 Nexus Skyrim Polish"
(I can't post links directly, limited Steam account I think).
