Can’t find a lot of “wolf” things beyond the wolf armor that the companions use.
What kind of magic are you looking for? Beyond healing I don’t think you’ll need restoration. Alteration for armor spells?
Not even stated op is doing werewolf...but ok.
Some people don't like dogs, but seriously werewolves in skyrim do not scale well after like lvl 20. The reason I asked earlier if you're using werewolf is because you need an overhaul like Moonlight Tales to have it be useful.

the Apocalypse spell mod adds a spell for a wolf totem. (spectral nord/humanoid man that chances to a wolf to heal up)

Ordinator can let you summon up 5 or 6 ad the time (with enough conjuration leveles and perks)
here is also a perk in the speechcraft to make a animal a ally untill killed or released. (thou wolfs are not very strong. and can be used with the vanilla summon familiar and wolf totem^)

And Bosmer has the same kind of active racial power in Disparity (tho bosmers are quite savage in lore they dont screem barbaric to me) uses a animal folowe slot normaly for dogs

Another great optional tool for role playing like this Jaxsonz renamer. It alows you to rename allmost anything from spells to people to chest. Chance can be made localy (one item or globaly all items)
So your call familiar spell can be named something more in in character like "Scooby doo where are you?!" And Courage in to "Give Scooby snack" XD

For me its the fact that I hate dogs and everything related to it. And as mentioned Vampire > Werewolf in terms of how strong and useful they are.
