Details needed on how to get into Ruunvald Temple

On the elderscrolls ign forum and fandom website I was instructed to enter the player.additem 0002e3f8 but that code is wrong as it gave me the key to the abandoned shack (already have in my inventory).

What is the "start quest" console command for this mission or is it TG related? Same goes for the Twilight Sepulchre tomb... thanks

You will receive the quest for Ruunvald from the Dawnguard (Sorine Jurard) to recruit Florentius Baenius after you have been able to recruit Sorine and Gunmar.

and you need to nearly finish the TG questline and become leader of the TG before entering the Twilight Sepulcher will make any sense! Just follow the quest lines. If no progress you will need to talk to people in Dawnguard HQ and the TG and be an errand for a while, until the major quest lines continue. You need to earn your position within those factions.
