smithing - 32
heavy armor - 60
with 2 perks -
juggernaut - 3/5 -increase armor rating by 60%
Well fitted - 25% bonus if wearing all heavy armor
yes i have the first perk steel smithing .. that affected the steel plate armor rating ? !
but for improving steel plate i need the advanced armor perk right ?
iam level 30 smithing and i did get the dwarven smithing perk but i cant go above superior .. need level 40 smithing to go above superior for dwarven (according to wikia)
iam still confused cuz my fine steel plate (full set) is equal to my superior dwarven (full set)
lol no way :p iam sure its dwarven
if thats true then it makes sense
ill search in some other websites
