Need help with this lighting glitch

[Cannabis Enjoyer]

Out of no where, after I started a new game, I've been seeing this weird lighting glitch. It might have to do with Skyrim engines limitations, but I highly doubt it as I've never seen this bug before. I can't really explain the glitch, so I made short YouTube video showing the bug.

Reread the ELFX page at the Nexus. This popping of the lighting is covered on either the description page or stickied posts.

Either I'm blind or I don't see anything on the ELFX Nexus page about the light flickering.

Gotta be honest, not many ideas how to fix this are currently floating around in my brain, but this may be worth a try:

Open your "Skyrim.ini" in your C:\Users\My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\ folder and under "[General]", put in

fFlickeringLightDistance=8192

No one has a solution? This lighting is driving me crazy!

I've got this issue too. But what's interesting is that I've also started a new character and it only affects him, my other characters are fine. It may be because my older charcters use an outdated version of ELFX and my newer character uses the latest version.

I also use an ENB, but i've toggled it on and off with no fix unfortunately. I've tried using the same mod priority order, copied the Skyrim.ini + SkyrimPrefs.ini to my current characters ini files (Using Mod Organizer) and using the latest version of LOOT, but with no success.
