Cell load stutter or something?
I've been having this problem ever since I started playing Skyrim LE [happens with some old selected 32 bit games too, like Dishonored 1, Borderlands 2 etc.]. So whenever I start my game, the game stutters when loading new areas, so what I do is I use the mouse to look around the area full 360° so the stuttering ends. This stuttering however lasts for like 10-15 mins after I launch the game, then after that the stuttering stops and the game plays smoothly for the rest of the playthrough. I always have to look around the area with the mouse in order to end the stuttering, and then it's gone. (Kinda hard to explain) I play the game at 1080p high with 70+ mods at 40-55 fps, but the cell load (maybe cell load) stutter is always there, it was there even in vanilla.
Is there any fix to this? I haven't found any. AND, this stutter does not happen at all in Skyrim SE, SE always plays smooth af. So maybe a problem with Skyrim LE being 32 bit?

My laptop specs :-
Ryzen 5 2500u
Radeon Vega 8 graphics
16gb ram
1tb HDD
Windows 10

If the stuttering stops until you turn off the game why complain?

Because he doesn't like it when he has to wait for the car to heat up in the middle of winter. The car has to be ready all the time, just like the new car which is all nice and dandy. Where as old car needs to do it's thing before going.

Yes, the first 15 mins of the game is pretty unplayable cuz of the stutters.

Did the game stutter without mods? (Should always check how a game plays before adding mods).
Check your Vram.
Check your mods, are any heavy scripted or older non-optimized mods that add a lot of meshes/ textures.

I always forget to add a little bit of explanation.
Skyrim LE is a 32 bit program it has a memory limit. (in the beginning this game could Ctd if trying to use over 3.1gb let alone 4gb)
You should have SKSE installed which has a memory fix.

Vram is quicker than physical ram and it is what the game tries to load to first, if not enough it will use physical ram which can cause stutters in some pc's.
If you have a lot of heavy mesh/texture mods this will but a strain on the amount to load into memory.
SSE does not have this problem as it is 64 bit.

Yes I did a full 100 hour vanilla playthrough when I first downloaded Skyrim, and it happened even then.

Have you got SKSE installed?
How much Vram do you have?

Yes I have skse, and 2gb vram, but vram is irrelevant because as I said Skyrim Special Edition runs smoothly but LE stutters.

Since you already have SE as you said, why is this a problem for you exactly? Just play SE.

That was what I was wondering as well
Some of my favourite mods are on LE, like Purity, Inconsequential NPCs. And those creation club updates in SE always carry a risk on ruining a modded game, so I prefer LE.

Purity has been deleted from Nexus. Looks like Inconsequential NPC doesn't have SSE port, which was sort of surprising.

Creation Club has not been updated for ages and does not resume updates in foreseeable future. BGS has halted the project.

CC updated never caused any harm to players, unless they strictly avoided reading any pinned topics or community posts we made. Most people did, leaving only dumbest to scream loudest around forums. :ShockedOwlcat:

It is all null and void now anyway. We have Address Library for both Skyrim SE and Fallout 4. BGS could now continue updating CC as much as they want, but as said, that might never happen again. There is no schedule, no projects and BGS itself announced that project is currently on ice.

Edit: Apparently Inconsequential NPC is easy to convert for SSE. Author just has not bothered to do it himself.

Purity is just my favourite weather and lighting mod though. Eventhough it's been deleted I have backed up the mod files. I've tried a lot of the big weather mods like COT, Vivid, Obsidian weathers etc. but I didn't like them much.

Weather mods are complex personal choices. It depends a lot what other mods you are using as well.

Purity had a large fan base. I never liked it myself, but it was clearly the preference of many other players.

there is also this if a mod was deleted on the site and then when it starts to stop working properly you have no way of updating it and messes the game up and then you won't be able to use it anymore that is one of the reasons I chose SSE over LE

So the original question should have been about mods for SSE.

2gb Vram is relevant if answering your original question.
Since your graphics/ system is unable to go higher than 2GB Vram, Skyrim LE and the other games you mentioned will have problems. There are quite a few games that require 3 to 5gb of Vram to run smoothly.

For anybody who has a system that cannot go higher than 2GB of Vram, if you want a smoother running game, the only real option you have is to find optimized textures/ meshes or download a tool and optimise them yourselves.
