After using the Mod: Skyrim Unbound, How to be the Dragonborn?

I used said mod to start the game elsewhere and as a Imperial.
Is there a way to get the Dragonborn quest/main quest to start or am I hosed?

Did you not read the description on the mod page?

"Skyrim Unbound is an alternate start mod with a wide range of options. It allows the player to skip the opening sequence, choose whether or not to play as the Dragonborn, and have total control over dragon spawns. The first few chapters of the main questline have been bypassed (and effectively removed), meaning you no longer have to obtain the Dragonstone for Farengar or defeat Mirmulnir for the Jarl of Whiterun. If you do wish to play as the Dragonborn and complete the main quest, all you have to do is absorb a dragon soul and you'll be summoned to High Hrothgar by the Greybeards."

So absorb a Dragon Soul.

I've killed 2 dragons and no soul absorbed so I guess I'm indeed hosed for that part of the story, which i've already done a bunch so its all good...

What about buying Breezehome and becoming Thane of Whiterun?

I did already purchase the Breeze place and have the chic sitting in my bedroom.
Is there anything else I could try?

You could try the console, but it could break your game and not sure how it would impact upon the mod you have installed.
It would mean using the code to start the main quest.

MQ102 160 is "When I arrived in Whiterun, I told the Jarl about the dragon attack on Helgen, and he rewarded me for my efforts" or
MQ105 10 is the Grey Beards summoning you to High Hrothgar
