Anyone know how to fix this clipping issue?

My character's beard is clipping through the mask, I dunno why this is happening it didn't do this before on my old file. Maybe it's because my character's chin might be too long or something but I though head covering gear was supposed to always hide your face and not have any clipping issues.

I thought there was a mod that fixed that like robes of skyrim or something. I forget it's been ages since I used them. Unless you looking for a vanilla fix then I don't think there is a fix. I usually personally use circlets

I'm pretty sure I'm already using that mod you mentioned which is why I'm so confused about this happening now since it hasn't before.

did you recently add any new mods? I was just reading a instructions on a mod and it talked about head clipping issues if you install it.

I installed the update patch for the Enhanced Character Edit mod to get my mod up to date and that's the only thing I can think of that is the reason for the clipping. Maybe if I go to the face changer in Riften I could make my chin shorter or something,
