I HATE Ice Wraiths, doesn´t anyone?
I mean, they are annoying as hell, they are almost trasparent, they keep swirling around, they create that stupid "icy-thingy" fog, and their Hitbox is weird because of how they move.

Does anyone know some mod or way to erase them from existance?

dont know why but in higher dificulty the cloaks doesnt change anything, I have a 108 Breton wich has master destruction in lightning, I double cast storm cloak and the bandits, draugr and other agro npc doesnt get affected by it, like it doesnt do anything. Can also be the stupid rubber-band that the AI gives the agro NPC some advantage so the player doesnt win so swiftly.

Fire enchants or spells

Fire negates ice, ie novice fire balls you get early in game will work.

a minor pain, I hate Sabre toothed cats far far far more, those buggers have made jump physically jump out of shock when they've ambushed me.

those are buggers, and you dont have time for casting one atronax for tanking.

Be thankful they're not as numerous as cliff racers in Morrowind :D.

I always found that while you're flailing around at thin air, your companion or conjured monster hits it every time. Just sit back, use flames if it comes near you and run towards your companion. Swoop in and collect teeth and potion after everyone else has done your dirty work.

hitting them with a bow is sure fun

Like others said, AoE flame attacks do very well against them, so I didn't find them to be a terrible problem. It helps that they are usually easy to spot because of glow and sound, except in very bad weather outside.

+1 If you haven't tried it, do and watch the arrow.

Deoends. Generally yes, but they are worse on my melee guy now I guess. A double fireball was very useful...
