Some of the female NPC's are bald and have a brownish skin tone, even Elenwen. (Modded)

As I said, this issue is happening. Not sure what causes it, or how to fix it, but what I can tell you lot is that I have KS Hair, and Pandorable's NPCs. Maybe one of these was installed wrong?

Before anyone points out, yes. I have adult mods. That's beside the point. I just want to fix the NPC baldness issue.

Well, you are probably missing a mod. Baldness usually comes from an NPC wanting a certain type of hairstyle which is not loaded into the game. Better check the descriptions of your mods to see if you are missing something.

Second thing is if you had a mod installed which altered NPC hairstyles and later on removed it.

Bijin AIO recently was set to hidden on Nexus.

KS Hairdo's author said in a pinned post on the mod page if you are missing hairs or textures then your download didn't work properly.

OCR - Omnisway Clothing Replacer requires CBBE.

BenDoonSSE is a Special Edition mod this is legendary edition. This is not compatible.

These are the mods that overlap:
Pandorable's NPCs
Toccata as Elisif

BijinAIO I cannot confirm anything on but Pandorable's NPCs was made for Bijin and body textures. Pandorable's NPCs replaces Elenwen in the list of NPCs as well. Pandorable's NCPs, Bijin, and Kalilie's NPCs are compatible.

Ks Hairdos is player only unless it has a mod that replaces NPCs as well.

If you do have CBBE it also changes brows. Kalilie has a brow mod.

About Ben, I thought I got the LE version, in fact, I KNOW I got the LE version as it did not crash my game, not sure why it would say that. As for Bijin, I got the one that is on the Bijin pages. I'll redownload and try again, it's just weird. :/

When using multiple NPC changing mods, you must ensure that any particular NPC that is duplicated or is in common across the various mods has had their files and records edited so that there is only one instance of them available as far as the game goes. This means, that if mod X and mod Z both have NPC A, and you want mod Z's version to appear, you must remove the FaceGenData (both mesh and textures) concerning NPC A completely from mod X's files, and then, using xEdit, removed the record for NPC A (found under the NPC category) from mod X. This way, there is no possibility of overlap. Also, you must make sure that no other mod is overwriting that NPC's record, because some mods, even though they do not actually change NPCs, may have NPC records in them

BenDoon's author may have not cared and been sloppy about it. They use the same exact name of the ESP.

There was no BijinAIO.esp in the files from the mod page. So check on that and see if that caused any problems if it wasn't the correct one.
