Rift Imperial Camp Crash

just gonna post this in case somebody else has the same problem
I fixed this problem after running LOOT, it was my load order that was messed up not sure what exactly was causing the problem

install LOOT and then open Nexus mod manager then click "Supported tools" options (it's the last one a Green green jigsaw icon)
after you openned it click the sort plugins option its 3 Lines thing, and then apply.
after this i managed to reach the imperial camp without crashes
