Is there a mod that lets you turn anyone into a vampire?

As far as I'm aware, the only person you can turn into a vampire in game is your spouse, and only during the mission: The Gift.
I just wanna know if there's a mod out there that will let you turn any character you feed on?

Better Vampires mod had that feature among other things.

Amazing Follower Tweaks and Immersive Amazing Follower Tweaks let you turn followers into vampires or werewolves, depending on which one you are. Better Vampires also gives you the option to turn followers into vampires, though I personally prefer Sacrosanct because it doesn't conflict with nonessential NPC mods and includes a couple quests I like - "Blue Blood", where you drink the blood of every faction leader in order to gain increased power, and "Sommelier", where you exsanguinate enough people and get rewarded with blood magic.

Outside of that, I don't know.

So I downloaded the Better Vampires mod and been trying with several different followers and its not working, is there something I'm missing?

Probably yeah.
This mod requires SKSE
This mod uses MCM to config all the features (Including turning everyone into vampires which is off by default) so you need SkyUi mod too

Its all explained on the mod's page.

Better Vampires requires you to level up as a vampire before you are able start changing people. You can go into the mod config tool from the main menu ingame to see how many you need to feed on first. I think the quick option is ~60.

As mentioned Amazing Follower Tweaks works as well and this mod will allow you to turn your prey into a Vampire Lord if you wish and you can do so right off the bat once you become a VL. I use both mods but when I feel like adding to my minion pool I do use Better Vampire's way just a more enjoyable view.
