Glad to have found an answer and not a "found out, nevermind" forum thread.
There is two tips if you want to "cancel" temporay this bug and want to use ACMOS anymore :
quit the game and restart it, but it can last 1 hour 2 hours or less it depends. Second is the best : enter inside an other are than skyrim then open the console and type PCB . It solves it for a while.
At the end i m not sure but will make some tries with ACMOS to see if it comes from it. Since i use it i have bad bugs
1)First you install clear map
2) you launch lodgen with https://stepmodifications.org/wiki/SkyrimSE:2.3#LOD_Setup
Then you install acmos generator
3) you convert lodgen with acmos and choose path only
4) you use your lodgen file and you put it in an empty mod as explained by step team
5) you active your mod then you launch text gen
6) MOST IMPORTANT , you use DYNDOLOD instruction precisely of the a clear map mod page or you will have lod bugs
7) enjoy nice LOD and beautiful map
