#2 and what size did you set for your VRAM size in the enb config?
I am using texture packs mostly 2k others 1k and grass mod , character replacers (bijiin mods and facegen mods for all other npcs)
I have set vram size 1920mb
And 128mb for swap
my guess is, that you hit your VRAM limit in ENB with a value of 1920 MB and in the non-ENB case your are fine with the 2GB of VRAM. stuttering is a symptom of running out of VRAM because it cant use the super fast VRAM anymore but need to use the RAM or load from the disk.
which value did the vram test tool report back? the 1920MB or a different one?
quite useless information, given that you dont add what you do with your game or when the problem appear.
No kills moves, followers keep up, skyrim unofficial patch so not much. Happens mostly when you get too much stuff in a house. Happens with vanilla game also. You need to keep areas clean of drops and don't store much in your house.
I ve heard Skyrim uses only 2 cores of CPU so CPU frequency per cores is more important for Skyrim sadly my i7 3630qm is 2.4 ghz
I set iMinGrassSize from iMinGrassSize=60 to iMinGrassSize=75 now gpu usage is about %95-97 sometimes drops to %50s for a second and goes again normal. But not satisfied with the results still need a hand bros and sisters.
too much items in one place can causes stuttering, especially if the items are non-generic. a standard iron dagger = generic item. an iron dagger with an enchant is non-generic and gets treated differently by the engine.

“disable Skyrim's Vsync in the ini files and use Vsync from nvidia inspector. if you dont know how to do it, here is a handy guide:
https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/4988160-fix-to-anyone-who-experiences-low-framerates-fps-drops-in-skyrim-se/
reason: the vsync of skyrim is prone to stutter in certain situations (and hardware configs) for some people, therefore the idea to switch to a different Vsync.”

Edit - but as Grumpy posted above, there are some things that cause those issues irregardless.
ENBs are performance intensive, and flora / grass mods are even more performance intensive because the GPU has even more stuff to render
Thanks this tweak solved my sudden fps drops mostly. But I use ENB Vsync insted of Nvidia.
What is better nvidia Vsync or ENB Vsync or ENB fps limiter?
