Best perk and combat overhaul mods?

There are 3 big combat overhaul mods on nexus but i don't know which one to pick

I gave Ordinator a try and while i do like it overall i hate it's blocking perks. Any other perk overhauls i should try? Unless theres a way to replace the block perks with something else, something more turtling focused instead of timed blocks

Also, whats the highest FOV you can set the game to without making everything look weird?
