FIND THE COPY OF N'GASTA! KVATA! KVAKIS! Quest

So I went to the location and it asked me to activate with a weapon to open some stone door. I don't have the weapon and it is no where to be found inside or outside the cave...
So I looked at a video of how to obtain this book and it apparently is the wrong location? It says it is by the blind caves and you do a mini quest with some raven guy and the book is in the chest. So I did the quest and there was no book even though the guy had it show up in the chest...

Soooo.... Where is this book lol

The book is placed at a random location when you start the quest. If the marker says it's in the cave, then it's in the cave.

Sounds like you'll need to hunt down Red Eagle's Fury to get in. If you look around, there should be a copy of "The Legend of Red Eagle" nearby, which'll point you in the right direction.

Alternitively you can get a copy of the book in some other known locations and give that one.
