1st a mod is overriding its texture path to a new location which is missing its texture.
2nd you games texture of the vampirelord is bad so reinstall dawnguard.
3rd your ram is running over its limits in which case simply turning skyrim off & leaving & re-entering that cell(best to leave cell save then re-enter) should make his armor appear, if this is the case you'll need to make sure you have skse.ini's memory tweak & likely enbs video memory allotment tweaks, or upgrade your video card if its got really low dedicated memory like 128mb, lastly the game can draw from actually virtual memory & ram to use instead of dedicated if lacking it which means you need at least 8gb of ram & all the memory tweaks from enb & skse.
That's not a missing texture. That's a missing *mesh*. They're different and kept in different directories.
Either you've installed a mod wrong or uninstalled a mod wrong. Either re-read the mod install instructions and repeat or verify your game files through Steam.
The game can not draw from RAM to augment VRAM. Integrated GPU's do that, not stand-alone GPU's.
ASa 32bit application it can never possibly use more than 4GB of RAM and as a directx9 game it *mirrors* VRAM in RAM so your available ram is lowered by that much through hi-res textures.
And the game has a native 3.1 GB limit.
Well, my friend, i've just installed skyrim and dind't uninstal any mod related to vampire and especially to vamprile lord meshes. I should have wrote up there that i had searched for the original meshes, but didn't find any

No offense to the poster, but downloading a mod to fix a problem that is (almost certainly) caused by another mod is just bad advice. The OP should figure out which mod broke the mesh and fix that first, rather than applying a quick "bandage". If a mod was installed incorrectly or conflicts with a different mod, there could be other problems that the suggested bandage won't fix. And if you keep trying to apply quick fixes without addressing the underlying problem, you can quickly end up with an unstable, buggy load order and possibly broken save files.
OP should consider reverting Skyrim to a "clean" installation (see the STEP wiki page[wiki.step-project.com]) and re-adding all existing mods in the same load order as before, paying careful attention to each mod's installation instructions. In any case, posting your load order here may be helpful so other people can point out any "suspicious" mods that might be causing the problem.
This Mod replacement is a sort of last ditch effort when everything else fails, somethings broke be it the save or game files who knows.
