Report a translation problem
As example:
The difficulty Adept is Player damage dealt x1 and 1x damage taken.
Not only is there difficulty scaling, but if you look on an NPCs page, say for instance "Orchendor", down on the right frame, you will see some links to perks. In some cases, these are NPC only perks which are applied as buffs and debuffs. That is why an NPC like him, can seem ubber while fighting our characters, then a daffodil while fighting for our side.
