First, you've installed FNIS incorrectly. What mod manager are you using to install it?
Second, you'e ticked the patch for tktk1's TK Dodge mod, but you don't have it installed. Untick it.
A "warning" in FNIS is more like an error, in that things won't work if there are any warnings. Going off of the first part:
the main issue you're having is that somehow FNIS ended up in the wrong folder. Notice in the "Generator:..." output that you have the "tools" directory under a folder called "FNIS Behavior 7.6". This is different than the "Expected generator path" below, where the "tools" folder is directly in the Data folder.
I suspect the issue is that you set your "Mod Staging Path" in Vortex to be in the Skyrim Data folder. This is a very bad place for it to be. To correct this, in Vortex open Settings, then in the Mods tab you can change the Mod Staging Folder - this is the folder where Vortex extracts installed mods before linking them to the game. This folder can be almost anywhere, but there are a few rules: It must be on the same drive as the game, and it must not be in the game's folder. In your case, I would suggest making a new folder on your D:\ drive called "D:\Games\Vortex\Mod Staging\Skyrim" and setting the path in Vortex to there. Do not move the folders manually. Vortex will move them for you once you change the path.
Once you have that fixed, on the Dashboard page of Vortex you should change the Target for the FNIS shortcut (click the three dots next to the arrow -> "Edit") to "D:\Programmi\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe" and then run it through there.
I have a feeling that once you move the Staging folder your other issue will also be resolved.

If it's grayed out, just click the circular arrow in the top-right of the box (near "Add Tool" in the picture) and it should become clickable.
On the Dashboard page of Vortex, change the Target for the FNIS shortcut (click the three dots next to the arrow -> "Edit") to "D:\Programmi\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe" and then run it through there.
