if that doesn't work, then we'll try other things.
generally speaking, you don't ever want to disable mods once active, which is why it's important to load a save from before installing falskaar, if you have one.
if it isn't telling you what content is missing exactly, download wyre bash and install it. it can read saves directly and detect every single mod that save is expecting to see.
Also, if I go to the main menu and try to load my most recent save file (after doing what you said) it now loads me into the random save I chose from before I subscribed to Falskaar. I’m not sure what to do form here lol.
install wyre bash as mentioned in my earlier post, run it, go to the saves tab, select your specific save, and look at the "masters" tab.
make sure literally every "master" on this save file is enabled. if falskaar is in there, find a save where falskaar never existed as a master. you can right click a save and press "load masters" to force load every single .esp and .esm your save is seeking out. but again, make sure falskaar is NOT a master in your save.
if you don't have such a save, leave falskaar disabled, ignore the missing content warning, load your game, and make a new save.
as i said earlier, you generally NEVER want to disable a mod that's already baked into a save. it's okay to do this if you absolutely have to with very small mods but it tends to do more harm than good with bigger mods.
you still might be able to salvage your save either way.
here's a quick image i mashed up to help: {LINK REMOVED}https://i.imgur.com/zx7y3qg.jpg

i'm assuming you have a program like winRAR that can open .7z files. if you don't, winrar is free and it's what i use.
open Wrye Bash 307 Beta 5.1 - Standalone Executable-1840-307-beta5-1-1578493275.7z when it's downloaded. there's simply 1 folder inside called "Mopy"
extract this anywhere, but i personally put it in my regular Skyrim folder so i always know where it is. steamapps\common\Skyrim\Mopy
then run wyre bash.exe inside the Mopy folder. it should launch fine. i can't really know what the installer did on your specific system and i always prefer to install manually anyway.
