The absolutely best way would be to find a reliable and up to date guide. Then install mods on your own. That way you have most control and understanding of what is going on.
However, if you really do not have patience for that, there is one system that is one system which is considered as legtitime mod pack system. Not all authors are fan of it, but - as you can see - most reputable sites have thrown in with it.

Just to be 100% clear: I would personally recommend that you would go and install mods yourself. There are no brilliant solutions, compared to knowing what is actually going on in your game.
Long answer: there are some sites that do a pack that downloads mods for you, but it's not recommended.
