Underground Water in Raven Rock

In a previous save, I was searching for the hidden stash of wine in Solsthiem and found an underground waterway in a cavern. I believe it went under the temple and the jail but now I can't find the entrance. Anyone else ever found this and where do I enter it again. It wasn't through the mine.

Would love to explore it again now that I'm done with all the quests.

If I remember correctly, it is a hatch up on top of the cliff near the south entrance to Raven Rock. That goes into a bunch of wet tunnels.
