How do I change Nocturnal power?

I went back to Nightingale Hall where Karliah's hanging out, but there's no way to change my Nocturnal Power. Do I have to go all the way back to Twilight Sepulchre?

Yeah, you do. There's also a limit on how often you can change the power you get (once-per-day, I think).
