darn. is there a way to fix her, like reinstalling? im having a similar buy with gregor not leaving dead mans drink so i think my followers are just busted

yep got the patch, I think it's EFF that caused it, which is now uninstalled

I started having issues whilst eff was installed, so i dismissed all followers, saved and uninstalled.
not sure if uthgerd was broken before or after but next time i saw her she was bugged. prior to uninstall gregor was broken and wouldn't leave falkreath's inn. all other followers appear unnaffected.

It is not that simple to remove EFF.
You must start one new game, there is no way around that.

i followed the instructions on the nexus, unless the author just straight up lied

Mods bake data into saves, this is how skyrim handles mods and saves, there is no way around it.

If you remove/deactivate the mod the data is still in the save, and will eventually cause crashes.
The most you can do is remove orphan scripts, the problem is the underlying data is still there, so it's a sticking plaster.

I have fixed it lads!
had to reinstall EFF, turns out by using the mcm to basically purge the system and reset my followers, using the "fix npc" function on her to reset uthgerd's ai and then force recruiting her again it resolved the issue.

if you plan to use this mod be warned: THE AUTHOR'S SOLUTIONS DO NOT WORK
you have to use the mcm, presumably he never updated the nexus page.
