Companions Skjor Underforge Bug

Ok this is first time I've experienced this, at first I thought dam, some mods being a bish and not playing nice,
I've been shying away v from companions quest line, because of it happening ,
All goes well upto the part where skjor tells you meet him at the underforge, he says his line , but the buggy part, he wont or never goes in, twice this has happened so far, I figured ok which mod is it that's causing this, -- I was a vamp with sacrosant mod and also had a small mod that was part dialogue and gave a small replacer quest, where upon you could say No to becoming a werewolf , there upon you were able to choose an unvoiced speech line to start the replacer quest...
That has worked only once, the next 2 restarts skjor has bugged each time and had to use 2-3 console commands to forward the quest line ..
But this When I wanted to remove my vamp side, and take the wolf blood its bugged out each time..
Each time I have started a clean play thru with the small quest no werewolf mod removed ...
I googled around a bit, and a fair few others have the same things happen,
So I'm hoping others who possibly might use similar or have had that same issue / bu happen and what they found to be the cause or ...
What they did to fix it per say...

If memory serves right, you can't go inside the underforge until he does?
Have you tried going inside and then doing moveto player to force him inside?
And if you can't get inside to begin with, you could use the coc console command

Yes, I tried all that, in order to forward the quest, went in use moveto the quickly use 2-3 set stage cc's but from then on the quest line is still buggy , aela sometimes says her lines out of place or doesn';t say them at all but other things, ...
So I've tried to find what dialogue mods I thought might interfere and either disable or remove them..
As much I really don't want to, if it keeps happening I might just have to wiz the quest line along to a point with console command just to try and bring back into line >_<

I might click on skjor and see if more informative console can shed some light if he's being controlled by something else or what....
