Weird vanilla NPC face glitch

I am having this weird face for many of the vanilla NPCs. There is also a similar version for some female NPCs as well. Any advice?

do you Have loot? also here is another thing can be a possability is for example all nords use same skkeleton for male and female same goes with body meshes if a mod influences them it would effect all npcs for those items if that makes sense

You have one textfile in your MO installation folder, that is in your profile there.
\Mod Organizer\profiles\your name on the profile\modlist.txt

Give us that file.

You have sorted your right side whit Standalone LOOT?
Start by try to sort your left side according to how the right side is.
Dont use MO autosort, it will make things more terrible.

You have several mods that use FNIS but where have you the output from Fnis?

Some examples.
+XP32 Maximum Skeleton Should be one of the last.
+Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch Should be at the bottom after Dragonborn

Your masters are in wrong order.
It should be

Read from the bottom.

Apparently that list is upside down. Like... HearthFires should be priority 0 and all the way up.

It will take time, but after some time, when you learn what plugin/mod can overtake the other one it will go faster.
