Can't move/resize window in windowed mode

Hi!
I just started playing Skyrim again and noticed that I can't move or resize the window... I always play games in 'windowed mode' because I don't like playing fullscreen.

I already tried using the task manager but it only helps moving the window - I still can't resize it.
After searching for a solution I found and tried this one:

but this also doesn't help.
I can resize the window but the actual game stays the same size... it's black where the game should be. Hard to explain.

This is really annoying. I used to have no problem resizing the window.

Is this because I'm using Windows 10 now? The last time I played Skyrim I still had Win7...

Hm, I also tried changing the resolution but the results are not really satisfying... I'm really beginning to think that this has something to do with me using Win10. :(

Not sure if it would work, but try the mod "OneTweak", found on the Nexus. Might help.

It might, I have the same problem. I ended by just giving up and running full screen. One tweak does include the borderless window fix, but it didn't work with my ultrawide screen.

Oh my god, it works! Thank you so much! The game appears to be fullscreen but I have no problem tabbing in and out. I'm so relieved now! Thanks again!!
It's not exactly what I wanted but I definitely take this!
