How To Reset All NPC Clothing?
So I installed a mod that changes npc's clothes, but then i noticed that it made some npc's lose their clothes. So I uninstalled the mod but the npcs still had no clothes. Then I tried to get all the npc's original clothing back. I succeeded by typing "resetinventory" in console, but you can only do this to 1 npc at a time. So it would take forever to reset every npc's clothes and will just ruin the immersion for me. So if there is a mod or console command that basically resets all npc's clothes/inventory I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me. THANX FOR READING/HELPING!:steamhappy:

Start a new game. Or, like you said, resetinventory on each npc.

It is just one of the many drawbacks of uninstalling a mod during a playthrough.

You could put together a batch file to run in the console that executes resetinventory on every npc in the game.
prid 123456 resetinventory prid 123457 resetinventory etc etc
It might take awhile to run but I am sure the work putting together the list is already done.

I would make a game out of it and travel Skyrim looking for nekkid people to fix or people wearing the wrong clothes; heck just travel the land resetinventory'n everyone you see.
Thanks bro, ill try it! xD

I know this is a stupid question, but where can I find a website with all the base id's of every npc in the game? And is it possible to apply a shortcut so that you dont have to type "resetinventory" after every base id in the txt file?

I rather doubt there is a website with all the named NPCs, just the ones that affect quests.
And no, there is no command that affects all npcs, let alone resetting their inventories.

https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:NPCs Click on each topic listed in the contents box - as close as you'll get.

HOWEVER, unless the removed mod was purely a texture/mesh graphics mods, or one which only used vanilla assets or spawns, you would need to go back to a save made prior to that removed mod having been installed, or start a new game, as the information has been baked into the save, and resetting their outfits will probably only work until the next time those NPCs are spawned or the cell they are in resets - then they would likely go back to being naked.
