A couple of things to do, though, is go back to the three mod pages and make sure they don't require some other mod, that you don't have, to run. Also look to see if any of them contain patches in order to make them work with one of the others.
I don't use Vortex, so I'm no help there either, but it has LOOT already contained in it, doesn't it?
Do that not sounds like one missing master?
The standard advice is to have a separate copy of LOOT anyway, because the separate LOOT gets updated first, before the integrated LOOT does.
maybe you need skse64 for your mod to work. and if a mod requir skse the game will crash at lauch
