F***ING GRETA BUG

Today I decided to wipe some misc quests out.
Then I saw the Greta quest which says "Speak to Greta about going to the Temple of Divines" but I did that and she take the Amulet of Talos from me.
I checked most of the websites for this bug and I don't wanna continue from an older save. Already tried setstage Solitudefreeform 30 and player.drop solutions and they didn't work. Is there another way?

Good luck with that one.
Most of us save frequently because when something like this goes wrong, loading an older save is the only workable fix.

She did, or didn't take the amulet from you? It's been a while, so I don't remember the name, but I believe the quest is to give the amulet to the woman, to get her to start going back to the temple.

I've given her the amulet but the quest -seems like- isn't finished

Did you take the amulet before getting the quest? That can cause it to glitch.

Yeah i took it right after execution

It is possible to do, but dont do it. Since it can as you se create this issue.

It's actually SolitudeFreeform03 30, but I'll assume that was a typo. The quest should end when Greta takes the amulet. She'll then start going to the temple every morning.

Could also try setstage SolitudeFreeform03 40 and setstage SolitudeFreeform03 200
Have you tried all of the solutions here? https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Return_to_Grace
If they don't work then you're stuck with loading an earlier save if it's bothering you.

Would also suggest getting USLEEP (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214). to prevent this bug in future and hundreds of other bugs.

As alexander_dougherty said above, most of us save often and in different slots because of things like this. The game is a buggy mess (which is why we have the patch) and as a backup if something were to happen to a save.
