how to reduce/disable fog
fog seems to lag me in some places more than others in skyrim, is there a way to reduce it or even disable it? thank

It seems enbdev.com has been taken over by some driver update company. Can't download anything without first downloading a driver update application.

No, your just clicking on a brazen add instead of the Download in the Download section.
Graphics Modification \ Skyrim ( page change ) v0.308

I would seriously advise reading instructions before installing, or just clicking download on anything anywhere.

it appears that fog isnt whats causing me to lag, for some reason my game drops to 55-50 fps after roaming around for around 30 seconds

55 to 50 FPS is not lag.
Or even bad.
Your cap should be at 60.

Havok is not designed, and Skyrim does not play nice with anything above that.. unless you wish to join the Tamriel Space program, or die to a flying Ale bottle.

my cap is 60, it just stops going above 50-55 after launching the game and playing for a bit

then your not lagging.
its supposed to not hold at 60 constant. It wont hold at 60 unbroken.
Major battles with magic / dragons / fire / spells.. if you pull 40+ fairly constant your on the win side.
