Havok is not designed, and Skyrim does not play nice with anything above that.. unless you wish to join the Tamriel Space program, or die to a flying Ale bottle.
its supposed to not hold at 60 constant. It wont hold at 60 unbroken.
Major battles with magic / dragons / fire / spells.. if you pull 40+ fairly constant your on the win side.
