Skyrim legendary edition, DLC NOT WORKING !
Today i bought skyrim legendary edition, installed all three dlc, but they are not working in game.
I dont get any quests anywhere where they should be.

Yes, i have bEnableFileSelection=1

Yes, they are in the right order.

Can anybody help? I searched everything on internet and i can`t find anything else.

I experienced similar confusion when buying the dlc. As others said, it requires a certain amount of progress before revealing itself. No worries. But...if you are overcome with a desire for peace thru seeing success, as you yourself mentioned, use the console to level. If you want to play it correctly, just don't save and reload. Any fears of the dlc working will be removed, and your character can still progress naturally.

Did you progress long enough in the story for them to unlock?

When you are level 20, Durak will show up to start Dawnguard. Right after you meet the Greybeards you get an invite to Solsteim.

well when i first enter riverwood there should be npc coming to me, right ? the same as the road to whiterun and in the whiterun, but there wasnt anyone, but there was when i was playing on my friends pc, he has the same dlc too.

edit : maybe that happened because my friend used console to level himself to lvl 100 but i started fresh without console ? if so, then i feel so dumb spending 4hours searching everywhere to fix this
