"Your Blood boils and my vampiric powers awaken" wtf ?
I'm doing a quest for the companions, the one you go with Falkras and when we get cornered and he reveals himself as a werewolf. A couple corners ahead and I get that .... disease?

I don't want to be a vampire...

How did this happen?
Is it random or part of the quest?
What should I do?

Thank you

I have not yet contracted vampirism or even finished Dawnguard, but it's not part of the companions quest. I'm pretty sure vampirism is a disease that occurs in stages and in those early stages is curable by visiting a shrine or taking a potion. Try visiting the shrine of Talos in whiterun.

Any contact with vamps can cause it, potions early on will help but at your stage?

It does indeed occur in stages, and once you have it, there's a three-day window in which you can cure the disease by normal means. I.E, that means a Cure Disease potion or visiting a shrine to any of the Divines. Past that three-day window, you need to use special means to obtain a cure, so that means that you'll need to go to Morthal and talk to Falion.

So it's always important to check out the magic effects page especially after any fight with a vampire. Carry several cure disease potions and use it. Townspeople will tell you your looking sick as a way to tell you to get cured.

Unless your a werewolf which are immune to vampire disease. Or you have an "Amulet of Protection?"
If you are already a vampire ... so you ignored messages for 3 days then reload a previous save or play as a vamp for a while.

Alternative if you dont want to reload save visit Falion in Morhal he can easily cure vampirism and process isnt complicated or costly either

I once turned all the members of the companions into vamps. (post- completing companion questline) (Better Vampires)

Not recommended, that causes issues with the game.

You can cure it as a disease before it becomes full blown Vampirism, and there is a quest to cure it after you become a vampire... and you can repeat that quest as many times as necessary.

You should be able to reload your save from when you entered that tomb and use one of the Cure Disease potions the Silver Hand carries with them. They each have a 67% chance of having one on them.
