Need help with "Destroy Thieves Guild"
I finally got Mod Organizer, SKSE and SkyUI to start playign nicely and tried out the mod I was after: Destroy the Thieves Guild... but I'm having problems with it.

Brynjolf is killable, which means the mod is working, but he has no guild key, and I get no quest or dialogue options from Mjoll after killing him.

I tried placing the mod last in priority and first in priority, but there is no change.

I also tried Disband the Thieves Guild instead (disabled Destroy TG for it), but after getting the quest to arrest the Thieve's Guild members from the Jarl, I do not get the dialogue options with Brynjolf.

I'm out of time to mess around further with mods and load orders, I'll try again later tonight, but I was wondering if, in my absence, someone might have a suggestion on what I could try.

Found the LOOT thing and used it. no change.

Do I need to start a new game with this mod?

In LOOT there is a symbol that looks like three dots, use that to post your load order here, somebody might spot something, and get it working.

I can't remember where I found the LOOT thing.

...and now SKSE isn't working again....I'm just gonna uninstall everything, this is too annoying.

If you use MO you dont need to reinstall all. You need to manually sort your left side and let LOOT sort your right side.

don't even know why that mod was made you can do that in the vanilla game

Tried that.
Still getting the "SKSE cannot find Skyrim.exe so SkyUI won't load" message.

Tried running Vanilla, tried reinstalling SKSE, same message each time.

The annoying thing is I didn't change anythign between the 3 times it ran fine to the time it decided it couldn't find it any more

I don't know if it fixed the mod problem (will try that when I have a chance), but I DID figure out why I was always getting that "cannot find TES_.exe" message:

IT DOWNLOADS AS "TESV.exe"!

I needed to change the name of the .exe file to "TES_"

I'm both proud of myself for realizing this (as I am a computer idiot and not a computer geek, despite my wishing to be the latter instead of the former) and annoyed with myself for not noticing that sooner.

...sadly.... while this worked insofar as "SKSE now works", the Destroy the Thieves Guild" mod still does not, neither does the "Disband the Thieves Guild" mod
