Not all the files from the wrapper directory, just the d3d9.dll, enbhost.exe, and enblocal.ini files. You might need to edit or configure the enblocal.ini file for your system, as pointed out in the guide. And depending on the particular ENB preset you're using, you may need to adjust such things such as the proxy library if the ENB you're using uses SweetFX
If installing d3d9.dll into your Skyrim folder is causing crashes there might be a solution in this post.

If enb preset in nexus is old, latest enb have new effects files in directory (undewater effects for example). I put all files from wrapper and have still no problems
If you don't edit the ENBlocal.ini to match your installed memory correctly that is pretty much the expected error. Also remember to properly configure the Skyrimprefs.ini to allow the preset to work. and finally remember that if you run the vanilla launcher after installing an enb preset and click on options you just undid all the changes to the Skyrimprefs.ini ... make a copy of both of the edited ini files and keep them safe so you can restore when you need to.
Also follow Paddy_Wagon's link above if needed ... there were updates to the way Windows handles the changes to Dx-9 a few years ago.
I have a Windows 10.
I Installed ENB
I put enb host, series, and local inside Skyrim folder
I put d3d9.dll in the folder.
I put the preset folder enbseries in Skyrim folder.
Game does not start up.
Error code 0xc0000001 pops up.
Follow the guide I linked, especially the part as to setting the proper Vram.
