Herma Mora not talking after impaling Miraak with a tentacle

I was doing another play through of skyrim until i got to the quest "At the summit of apocrypha" and i had the mod "Miraak - Dragonborn Follower" Installed and did the optional quest (where you bend will him a few times) and then when he disappeared (still going smoothly) the chest containing loot came up but the altar (the shrine thing holding the black book which allows you to regain perk points) never rose so i decided to load an earlier save (the autosave from loading into chapter 6) and doing the vanilla method of killing miraak and this time miraak rose from the centre pool and hermaeus mora didn't start talking and the tentacle jusdt rose up and impaled him and it was stuck like that for ages so i tried doing it again but drawing out the battle and still nothing then i tried the "setstage dlc2mq06 550" and then "setstage dlc2mq06 580" command and nothing and the same with 500 , 600 and 500 , 580 still no developments then i tried disabling and enabling miraak again nothing so i uninstalled the "Miraak - Dragonborn Follower" mod and tried again yet again nothing I don't mind restarting the quest line from before the temple of miraak but i don't want to do it if it doesn't do anything.

My LOOT says i have 19 dirty plugins and 1 error but i have no idea what that means :/ might be the issue?
Idm not having the altar there i just want to be able to progress the quest when i get back to solstheim and frea saying the tree stone is freed.
