[Bug] Can't be trained by Ghorza the blacksmith in Markarth

Hi there, currently I am playing Skyrim as a blacksmith - well I want to be one. That's why I traveled all the way to Markarth to get my first lessons in smithing from Ghorza gra-Bagol, the female orc. But even after I did the quest to obtain the book Last Scabbard of Akrash for her and talked to her after it, I can click on the training option - then she freezes for a moment and then the dialogue just ends. I reloaded the game several times, left the town and checked all mods and updates. Any ideas? Thank you!
