Console command for Jiub's Opus-Page 9?

I have all the other pages, but this one's not showing up for me. I know from my research that it just might have fallen through the floor and will be in the building beneath me, or it could be invisible. However, I would like having the console command available to me as a last resort, just in case none of the other strategies work. The thing is, uesp lists the console command for that particular page as beginning with "xx", and I know that if a console command begins that way, it's linked to DLC load order. I have all three DLC, with Dawnguard first in the load order, so what would be the console command for page 9 of the opus?

According to the Data Files section of the laucher, I'm not seeing anything labled "Update". The DLCs and the texture packs are the only things that show up.

Skyrim.esm and Update.esm do not show in the default Data list on the launcher

On PC, console command "setstage dlc1vqsaint 30" should mark the quest complete, even if you only have some of the pages.

You do NOT have to drag up every thread and copy/paste the same answer multiple times. Using google will also bring up the console command to accomplish this.
