Dawnguard radiant quests stopped working
A Dawnguard radiant quest (Deceiving the herd) glitched and I had to use completequest to finish it. Now, my vampire character can no longer get any radiant quests at the court. I've checked the dialogue conditions and it seemed like my char was somehow excluded from the 0200c3cc and 02003376 factions. After restoring that, I can now ask for a radiant quest and I even get the pointer to a quest giver, but he has no dialogue regarding any quest and the quests (DLC1RVxx) do not start.
TES5Edit doesn't give me any conflicts. Starting the radiant quests manually with startquest doesn't work.
Since this prevents me from starting the "Destroy the Dawnguard" quest, I'd like to fix it. Any ideas?

It shouldn't be easier to load a previous save? Messing with console is not my favorite thing to fix quests. I just reload the whole thing and see if this time works.

Yeah, I'd love to do just that, but I didn't realize this glitch occured for quite a long time. Which means losing 10 hours or so and redoing half the Dawnguard questline. It's not THAT good and you are forced to team up with Serana...

2 possible solutions an you won't like either.

Reload a previous save
or start a new game that you make back to vanilla condition.

This is why I keep telling people console commands to advance or complete quests is inadvisable. The console commands skip quest triggers, including ones that let you get the next quest.

Eternie has posted the only two solutions, as further console commands can only mess this up further.

Well, thanks for nothing, I guess, except that I got it working. You see, I was looking for useful hints, not 3 times the standard "reload a save" answer.

I re-checked all the conditions and apparently, the only thing I missed was a script variable that gets assigned to the questgiver. Setting it manually with [SetQuestAliases], then forcing the NPC to say the line with [addtopic] got me the quest.

Well good for you, I just hope those console commands haven't messed anything else up, which can happen.
