Stalhrim and Dragon Priest masks

OK kids, new topic. I'm using a stalhrim dagger and crossbow, and had an idea about maximising their damage through the Dukaan mask, but I'm uncertain as to the numbers.

We know frost enchantments on stalhrim weapons and armour are increased by 25%. What I am wondering is, will this be in effct if a frost enchantment is used in conjunction with the Dukaan mask? ie Will the fact that a stalhrim weapon being used increase this bonus to 31.25%, or will it stay at 25?

Reason I'm asking, I had a build with a stalhrim bow with chaos and frost damage being the primary weapon of a character that also used shock magic to increase destruction. I had the idea that I could switch between Dukaan and Zahkriisos, depending on if I was using the bow or my shock magic. I expected the damage done by the enchantments to have been a bit higher when wearing Dukaan, as the inherent properties of stalhrim should have increased the damage when compared to when wearing Zahkriisos. However, I saw no such indication on the info panel for the bow, so I dint know if the effect is there but hidden, or simply not there.

Having a bonus to frost damage will not make them inherently better, the mask only affects the damage when equipped just like destruction skill. Only thing that affects enchantments are skill and fortification.

The frost enchant should be a stronger wearing Dukaan though, not by a ton but should be a little more. You were looking at the enchant and not base damage right?
