First dragon "Mirmulnir" not spawning

So i had a Problem lately. that Problem was that in the quest where you have to fight the first dragon, the dragon just doesnt appear. I have tried literraly everything, even commands and nothing Works. Could someone please help?

And a small Information: i am playing the normal skyrim and not the special Edition and i have every dlc and have no mods installed

the most common would be loading the last save (when you leave whiterun)

if it does not work and you are at the beginning of the game try a new game that will certainly work

So you got the quest and everything? Because you can't just skip to the dragon... they don't appear before a specific quest in Whiterun, so make sure you finish every single main story mission in Whiterun and you'll come across a dragon... before 1 specific quest, no dragons can be fought.

This is my like 7th skyrim playthrough and a literally have All Main quests Finished besides the quest GOLDEN CLAW but its not a Main quest

Golden Claw? Isn't that the Bleak Barrows Fall quest or is that just you not returning it to the shopkeep?

Only if you plan and starting a new game.

Give us your LOOT sorted loadorder as well as a brief rundown on what console commands you've used on this save.

Yes

You do realize that wasn't an yes or no question right? ... If you haven't retrieved the Dragonstone from Bleak Barrows then the first Dragon isn't supposed to spawn since he appears as part of the nexst quest.

I think the issue lays between the keyboard and the chair to be perfectly honest as its almost certainly something that YOU did; whether that is a mod conflict, you killing your own save by using console commands, or simply forgetting the order of events that spawns in said Dovah.

So i started a new game and have deleted all the previous saves where the dragon didnt appear. In bleak falls barrow i took the dragon stone and the golden claw and have returned the golden claw first and then i gave the dragon stone to farengar. Then the quest with the dragon has started and irileth showed up and bla bla . i walked the way to th tower with irileth and her soldiers. And at the tower the guard came out and said ,,kynaret bless us, hes coming'' and there is STiLL no dragon. I have no mods and only dlcs and i havent used commands this time
