[Problem] Weird white fog surrounding my character (I tried a lot of stuff)

After leaving one of the buildings inside Blackreach this weird white fog appeared surrounding my character and I just can't get rid of it.
It doesnt' look like the one around a whispmother or the steaming of a centurion.
I worked quite a lot on this character and have no "clean" saves. I tried sleeping, dropping all my stuff, I tried the addspell, removespell thing, I tried resurrecting, closing the game and opening again and it's still there.
Any ideas?

If you have the unofficial patch, it adds shrines to Whiterun's Temple of Kynareth that should be able to remove visual effects.

go into the magic menu then active effects. any of those causing it?

as posted above, screen shot. someone probably will recognize it after 7 years.

So I found someone saying that turning into a werewolf fixed it and I tried. It removed the effect, I kept playing for a while, made some few saves and when I loaded those again the effect showed up again
