Uhh... Kolskeggr Mine isn't refreshing
I've tried everything. Fast-travelled to another place, then back at the mine; Waited 1 hour outside; Waited several in-game days, and still nothing. Every other mine seems to be fine. Its just this one. Btw I've already cleared the mine of the Forsworn and delivered the quest (and I am using the Unofficial Patch, so they fixed the glitch which kept respawning Forsworn there and killing the npcs). I've also completed a lot of other quests in the meantime (like killing Miraak for example), did a bunch of stuff, and when I came back, the ore veins were still depleted.

What do I do? Is there any way to fix it using th console or something?
(btw, its not the glitch where they appear to have refilled but with no "mine" command. The texture of the veins is greyed out, as if, indeed, depleted)

Ore veins can take thirty days or so to refresh, occassionally they don't refresh.

Safest way is to look for other mines or buy from smiths.
If this doesn't appeal use the player.additem command, it's about the only safe way to add materials with the console.

I'll wait a bit more, I hope it isn't broken or anything :s . As far as I know, this mine usually glitches a lot (though I have almost 300 hours of gameplay and this is the first time I've ever seen it happening)

Kolskeggar mine has always been 60 days for me. 30 days for every other mine/vein.

Weird. I was sure I took less than that before, but maybe it was just some kind of glitch that got patched by USLEEP. Oh well.
