Just sell them. I have 2 mods that give me 1000 of them per mod and I just sell them.

There is one place where you need 3 of them to use as keys but you can also get the 3 needed while there so no real need to save up.

Personally its just another item I tend to hoard and toss into my gemstone box with the other valued items (Dibella statues and so forth) and gem stones.
