Dragonborn Frost not working

I've suddenly found the dragonborn frost ability from Dragonborn to not be functioning - it doesn't freeze anyone. It worked fine yesterday, now it's not. I only have one mod which should affect it (Improved Dragon Shouts) and it doesn't seem to work whether I have the mod on or not. Any Ideas?

What changed between yesterday and today?


Also start a new save and rush to get the ability on order to see if it's just your save that's an issue or if it's your game files.


Oh, and disabling mods midplay generally only serves to make problems worse, not better.

And of course, "even if" Improved Shouts is the "ONLY" mod that you think is relevant, post your LOOT sorted load order anyways.
