Do you mean a Blackguard?
Build a typical knight, throw in a dash of magic and be "evil" .
Learn some summon spells, and the backstab perk.
So a paladin is a knight who uses elemental damage to increase melee damage and calls upon the heavens to smite his enemies with the cleansing fires of purifycation etc etc, also healing abilities. However they are not really focusses on increasing their physical str with brute force, so no enchantments for that as that will throw away from the build. They do however have a lot of defensive abilities.
A dark paladin is something similar, use heavy armor like a nordic carved armor with a horned steel helm, maybe vampire gauntlets and fitting boots. Ring made from those materials you get from those bone hawks near the volih...khar whatyamacallit, the vampire castle and maybe the amulet as well. For a shield, i guess ebony, seems to fit the best.
As a dark paladin you won't use restoration magic but more drain type attacks, be more undead like, so maybe use a combo of chaos damage + hp absorb. You are allowed to use pretty much all of the destruction magics and necromancer type abilities. Have a lot of defensive enchantments, so magic resist, singular elemental resist, poison resist, disease resist for the heck of it, conjuration and destruction cost reduction but no 100%. That way you will have to cast soul trap on your enemies to devour them and use them for your weapons. Don't throw all your stats just on hp, actually make a build which won't rely on switching gear midway in a fight cause it is possible.
Perks?, well you can learn pretty much anything which suits the build, i do say that the 1h damage perks are allowed so fights won't take minutes to finish on legendary. Have a blast, make something fun, i had a lot of fun making an actual dawnguard equipment, which is basically somewhat of a paladin build i guess.
I do have a tip for you, have an imaginary belt of potions which can only have 5 potions in them, you are not allowed to replenish them during a fight, each potion slot must have unique effects, so only 1 potion which heals hp. What i do is even ban the ultimate single stat potions. Will you die?, probably, but that is the fun of it, the game actually becomes somewhat of a challenge.
in skyrim terms, just use conjuration instead of restoration and pick either 1h+shield or 2h. no heal spells, only allowed to use absorb health and/or standard potions. serve the daedra instead of the aedra and don't stick your neck out to help commoners.
if you use mods, there's tons of mods that would go well with a dark paladin build. like the blood magic mod or shadow magic mod. i also remember seeing a really badass molag bal-themed armor set which would go very well for a dark paladin, especially if you decided to become a vampire.
