NPC warpaint missing

I haven't found anyone with this specific problem online so I hope someone here can help.

Not sure when but at some point during my fairly modded (70 mods maybe?) game all the NPCs that had warpaint on... suddenly didn't.

I noticed this on Aela first and then everyone else. My own characters still have their warpaints still on, though.

Every now and again when I readjust the load order, add a new mod or something of the sort, the warpaints briefly reappear, but disappear as soon as I travel to another location from where I am.

This is not a game breaking problem thankfully, but still bugs me quite a bit. I've tried deleting and reinstalling skin and warpaint textures, reinstalling texture/character mods and all that, but can't seem to find a permanent solution.

The mods I have related to character appearance:
WSCO
XCE - Warpaint And Dirt
The Eyes Of Beauty
Superior Lore Friendly Hair
Brows
Beards

The rest of my mods are mostly related to immersion, gameplay effects and world textures. No idea what could be causing this.

You can help us to help you by giving us your loadorder and tell us how you have installed your mods.
The mod list you have given dont tell us that many things.

Sorted by LOOT. I've installed some mods with NMM and others manually.

Bump, still haven't found a solution for this issue. (Other than maybe reinstalling the game + all mods, which would take a small eternity)

Sorry I have forgot this tread because IRL stuff.

You should make your Skyrim clean and start over if you still have that load, you have several of mods that are not compatible, and you cant remove some of them safe. LOOT may give one other result if you run it again, but since you have mixed NMM and manually installed that make things different. Since now cant NMM remember what files it have replaced.
You also need to start new game.
